خطوات تحمى بيها طفلك بشكل صحيح 🛁
• اغسلي ايدك قبل متلمسى طفلك ، عشان ممكن بسهولة تنقليله البكتيريا و الميكروبات
• شيلى قشرة العين باستخدام قطنة رطبة. ربّتي بلطف على منطقة العين ، بدءًا من الزاوية الداخلية إلى الزاوية الخارجية . 👁💦
• نظفى المنطقة الخارجية للأذن بقطعة قماش دافية. تجنبى المنطقة الداخليه لأذن طفلك👂
• قبل متحطى الشامبو ، دلكي شويه من زيت الأطفال على فروة رأس طفلك لتليين الجلد الجاف. افركي الزيت براحه في فروة رأس طفلك بفوطة عشان تتخلصى من القشرة 👶🏼
• اغسلي لثة طفلك بقطعة قماش نظيفة و مبلوله تكون ملفوفة حول إصبعك.
• اغسلي منطقة الحفاض اخر شيء🚿
• سيبى الحبل السري ينشف لوحده قبل متلبسى طفلك. تجنبى دسها داخل الحفاض.
• قصي اظافر طفلك بعد الاستحمام عشان تكون أنعم و اسهل للقص
• حطى لوشن للأطفال بعد الاستحمام عشان تحافظي على بشرة طفلك وعشان يكون حاجز ضد العدوى
Steps to bath your baby correctly 🛁
•Wash your hands before touching your baby, as you can easily pass bacteria to the little one 🧼
•Remove eye crust with a damp cotton ball. Gently dab the eye area, starting from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye 👁 💦
•Clean the external ear are with a warm washcloth. Avoid going near the inside of the ear 👂
•Before applying shampoo, massage a little bit of baby oil into your baby’s scalp to loosen the dry skin. Gently rub the oil into your baby’s scalp with a washcloth to release the flakes 👶🏼 🫧
•Wash your baby’s gums with a clean, damp cloth wrapped around your finger.
•Wash the diaper area last🚿
•Let the umbilical cord air-dry on it’s own for a while. Avoid tucking it inside the diaper.
•Cut nails after the bath, when they’re softer.
•Apply baby-friendly lotion to keep your baby’s skin hydrated and to act as a good barrier from infection
